Treatment Methods
The work I propose combines analytical psychotherapy with spiritual work and body-oriented work, from the roots of ancient ways of mental recovery. Relational psychotherapy is a modern approach from the world of psychoanalysis that places our relationships and interactions at the heart of therapeutic work. According to the approach, different parts of us build the self, the sense of identity and personality. These parts develop and are influenced by the interpersonal relationships that accompany us from the day we are born and perhaps even before...
Such an observation of our past and present development enables a deeper understanding of our different parts and even a welcome discovery of new parts, an observation that enables change, acceptance, compassion and development.
Shamanic work, in turn, gives us the openness to get to know other languages and connections that most of us find difficult to make time for in our daily routine, such as our relationship with the elements of nature, with our bodies and with the uncanny. My long experience has taught me that such integrated work increases the variety of paths you can take to feel more secure, belonging, and meaningful.
